The equipment is intended for sterilization of both medical and non-medical tools , packaged and unpacked, uniform, recessed type A and porous objects. The device may only be operated by qualified personnel who have knowledge and appropriate training in the use of this type of equipment.

Improvements for increased functionality

The device is equipped with a control panel with an LED display , which allows you to select the appropriate programs or parameters and monitor the progress of the process. The built-in thermal printer allows you to print out confirmation of the sterilization process, where you can find information such as: date and time of the cycle, temperature changes, pressure. Additionally, there is a connector on the back of the device that allows you to connect a dedicated printer if necessary, and the USB input allows you to save the sterilization results also in digital form on the included pendrive . Built-in tanks for distilled and used water significantly improve work. The device has a function to control the quality of distilled water. The self-diagnosis system informs when an error occurs, displaying appropriate messages, e.g. about the door not being closed or the need to empty the tank or replace the water, which reduces the risk of equipment damage.

Available sterilization, testing and cleaning programs

The autoclave has the following pre-programmed: 4 sterilization programs , 2 test programs – allowing you to perform three tests: a vacuum test (Vacuum Test), a B&D test (B&D Test) and a Helix test (Helix Test), a program for regular maintenance and cleaning of pipes (Automatic Pipe Cleaning) and a drying program (Drying Function) that meets the requirements of drying with a higher standard. This allows you to select parameters for individual needs and the prepared load. It is also possible to set and save your own sterilization parameters via the personalized mode (CUSTOM).
