Dermo - Roller is a professional device for microneedle mesotherapy, which is one of the alternatives to laser treatments and plastic surgery, as well as deep chemical peels. It is an innovative way of skin regeneration and reconstruction. Dermo Roller ACTIV is a roller covered with thin, titanium micro-needles with a length of 0.25 mm to 2.0 mm, which make nearly 250 thousand micro-punctures in the skin in 5 minutes. Due to the fact that they are made of titanium and not surgical steel, they are extremely thin like a human hair and therefore actually penetrate the skin. The precision of the titanium needles guarantees safety and comfort during the procedure. The head of each roller is equipped with 192 TITANIUM needles.
